After taking the top company prize at the TechCrunch40, account aggregator Mint.com has taken home the top prize at Financial Innovations (FINOVATE) 2007 along with online lending community Prosper and mortgage marketplace Mortgagebot.

NetBanker has the scoop:

While these three companies received the highest ratings across the 117 ballots, ratings were relatively high across the board, averaging 5.02 on a 7-point scale. Eight other companies received scores within 10% (e.g., 0.5 points) of the lowest winning score and thirteen companies were within 20% (1 point).

Mint chimed in on their blog, thanking their users bloggers and pointing out who they topped in the competition. "We appreciate the honor, as the competition included industry heavyweights such as Intuit and CheckFree, as well as Web 2.0 players."

In other Mint-related news, the company has announced that the service has attracted more than 50,000 users and $2 billion since they've gone live — less than 3 weeks.
