ABC's Nightline recently profiled ING Direct and company CEO Arkadi Kuhlmann, who rails on banks that know their customers don't know how to handle finances, credit card interest rates and the subprime mortgage crisis.

Kuhlmann says that in the banking industry, he's Luke Skywalker, while his peers are Darth Vader — constantly trying to lure him to the Dark Side with awards like the Innovator of the Year.

Inside ING's office, employees have access to Guitar Hero (one of my favorite games), but they're a so required to do community service.
